01 My Journey to Becoming a Therapist
I grew up in Italy and moved to New York after college to work in event production and public relations. The fast-paced rhythm of the city gave me a deep understanding of the demands of work environments and the challenges of finding work/life balance. That experience still informs my work today.

A time of deep personal and relational crisis opened the door to my ongoing journey of self-discovery and healing. Seeking deeper self-understanding, I studied psychological astrology and completed the MA in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology. While I sought to study the relationship between humans and the sky, I ended up researching the relationship between people and nature in urban environments — a project that transformed how I live and see myself in reciprocity and interdependency with the natural world.

I returned to the calling that had been with me all along — to support others in their healing journeys, as I have been supported in mine. I first immersed myself in C.G. Jung`s approach to the psyche where I deepened my work with dreams, archetypal astrology, and the rich world of the personal and collective psyche. Seeking a more holistic approach, I transitioned to John F. Kennedy University; it was there that I completed a Master's degree in Holistic Counseling Psychology leading me to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2024.

Over time, my understanding of what it means to heal has deepened and evolved. Being fully present to myself — and to the multiplicity of parts that live within my body and psyche — allows me to live with greater freedom, and to embody a quality of presence that is both receptive to myself and attuned to others.

I feel deeply grateful for the trust of those who have shared their pain, hopes, and longing for growth with me over the last decade. It is an immense honor to walk alongside people as they courageously traverse the deserted and depleted terrains of their inner world — and together, witness the quiet transformations that bring forth new life, like a once-frozen forest coming into full bloom.
Social Justice & Multiculturalism
I cultivate a kind and compassionate presence, and I examine my privilege as a white, cisgender, able-bodied woman. I believe that understanding the intersections of privilege and oppression is essential to the work of therapy. My experiences across different cultures and lifestyles has made me attuned to the complex tapestry of dynamics that immigrants and bicultural individuals face.
Ecotherapy
My relationship with nature has been deeply nourishing and I felt compelled to integrate it in my work by training in Ecopsychology at the Holos Institute and becoming part of its counseling community. Part of my work has been outdoors with the support of horses at DreamPower Horsemanship — working with children in foster care, youth in residential treatment, veterans, and adults.
